These roles focus on project management and coordination, working alongside transition and technology consultants to support registered investment advisors and customer services.

Responsibilities
Help facilitate calls, lead calls, reach out and schedule calls for specific product calls if need to get into weeds of what it looks like
Also there for escalations – get in the weeds operationally if need to answer AML questions, entity accounts – basically there to support any and all aspects of the business
Also help to set up data feeds, 3rd party vendors if they have those relationships they will help with that
Also help to establish office on RCS platform, work alongside RCS escalations and billing team
