Own end-to-end execution across product, engineering, and go-to-market workstreams
Partner directly with founders on MVP definition, iteration, and market launch
Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies — and resolve them decisively
Establish foundational systems including product tooling, reporting frameworks, and operational workflows
Deliver clear, executive-level updates on progress, outcomes, and strategic priorities
Operate with strong product and business judgment — not just task management
Qualification
Required
5+ years in product, program management, or product-adjacent roles
Experience with early-stage, high-growth, or fast-scaling B2C products
Demonstrated excellence in execution, communication, and organizational leadership
Technically fluent and effective at partnering with engineering teams
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
Preferred
AI/ML product experience
