Responsibilities
Servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems
Need to have system knowledge access control, IP cameras, intrusion, and visitor management
Troubleshoot and program networked IP video and Access control
Servicing commercial alarm systems and IoT systems
The Service Techs will need to be able to work onsite or remote access depending on the repair or task at hand
They need to be comfortable being customer facing and have knowledge of dealing with people
Qualification
Required
Experience servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems
Knowledge of access control, IP cameras, intrusion, and visitor management
Ability to troubleshoot and program networked IP video and access control
Experience servicing commercial alarm systems and IoT systems
Ability to work onsite or remote access depending on the repair or task
Comfortable being customer facing and dealing with people
Skills in Access control, Security, Service, CCTV, Troubleshooting, Support, customer service, Install, Installation, Alarms
Preferred
Current certification or proficiency in Access Control: Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath
Current certification or proficiency in Video: Axis, Exacq, Milestone, MaxPro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha
Current certification or proficiency in Locking hardware: ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin & Adams Rite
Current certification or proficiency in Intrusion: Vista, DSC, Bosch & DMP
