Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the interior finishing process following the completion of drywall installation
Lead and manage interior finishing projects for residential houses from inception to completion
Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is followed and quality standards are met
Oversee the scheduling and budget management of projects, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness
Review and approve plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks during the finishing process to maintain high standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential finishing or a related area
Strong knowledge of residential design principles, finishes, and materials
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client interactions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
