Responsibilities
Interns work directly with the Wealth Management Business Strategy & Development team, contributing to key initiatives that drive business optimization and growth
Observe core business processes, deepen understanding of industry components, and collaborate with colleagues and partners across various business
Gain broad exposure to all facets of the business—from operations and strategy to client services and technology
Develop a wide range of professional skills including project management, data analysis, presentation design and delivery, advanced technical capabilities, and network building
Engage in diverse strategic projects supporting the broker-dealer’s development and complete a capstone project designed to deliver lasting value to CWM
Qualification
Required
Current students enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating in Winter 2026 to Spring 2028. (Recent Spring 2026 graduates may also be considered)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Relevant work experience, leadership involvement and/or coursework (Business majors preferred, but all majors are welcome)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
