Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration: Configure, maintain, and improve our Salesforce environment, including user setup, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data integrity
IT Support: Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; coordinate with vendors for more complex needs
Operational Excellence: Streamline processes across departments, implement best practices, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Data Management: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and help the team leverage data for decision-making
Special Projects: Support broader organizational or cross-functional initiatives that rely on systems, data, and operational expertise
Qualification
Required
Experience with Salesforce administration (certification a plus). Must be highly knowledgeable, strategic, and capable of understanding and balancing overarching organizational needs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
