Responsibilities

First respondent to Client requests
Establish, Maintain and Execute a Schedule for day-to-day Client Contact and Job Site Visitation. Produce Daily Documentation of these activities through CRM
Establish and Maintain strong Client relationships through a complete understanding of the individual client’s needs and their corresponding constraints
Respond to and follow up on all service inquiries using appropriate methods and within established 24 hr timeframes
Engage in problem solving with clients regarding Landscape Management, Horticultural, and other Site-Specific issues
Develop and present short term and long-term enhancement plans for improving Client properties both from a Landscape and a budgetary perspective
Assist Administrative in Implementing Job Start Up Checklist process
Manage Service Mix, Pricing and Margins according to Agreed Standards and Goals
Identifies and Suggest Low Margin properties for reengineering and or replacement
Measure, inventory, and evaluate prospective properties for Contract and Enhancement Proposal Generation
Assists in Hiring field employees
Assigns all uniforms and company equipment
Implements and utilizes the Landscape Maintenance Training Series
Perform Supervisory training for identified employees
Maintains Our Companies Training program
Enforce all established field policies
Assists in evaluating crew leader performance
Evaluates crew member performance
Monitor status of Performance Evaluations, and keep current
Makes wage and compensation recommendations for field employees
Assists in decisions of timing for seasonal labor addition or reduction
Coordinates and communicates information between office and field operations
Implements and follows disciplinary actions and procedures
Involvement in all necessary disciplinary action up to and including terminations
Responsible for morale
Assist in setting Labor and Material Budgets
Manage Master and Weekly Production Hours Re-Cap and provide weekly updates
Review with the Managing Partners the Actual Costs vs. Budget on a regular basis
Assist in Scheduling all field-related activities to be performed per contract and or proposal specifications and within established budgets
Manage morning mobilization and afternoon return
Manage performance expectations
Establish, implement, and manage labor and material budgets
Monitor usage of Foreman’s manuals
Route and staff crews to be as efficient as possible
Train, Manage, and Monitor Job Sequencing with crew leaders
Maintain remedial production calendar
Manage materials and equipment availability and usage
Train and Implement Agronomic Programs. Maintain and adhere to agronomic calendar
Landscape and hard surface weed control application throughout the season
Review Landscape Management Report’s CRM
Fill in as crew leader in their absence
Review Daily Production Reports and Landscape Management Report’s CRM
Perform routine job site inspections
Implement Quality Inspection and Scoring Process with crew leaders
Perform job start up inspections and recommendations
Perform Job Start Up Process with all crew leaders
Verify contract specifications are being met
Develop training programs to address quality improvement
Manage and drive the punch list process
Implement and manage all safety programs as outlined in the safety manual
Chooses topics and implements all Safety Tailgate Meetings, and fills out Report of Safety Meeting
Participates in the New Hire Training and Orientation
Performs all vehicle and equipment inspections
Conduct all Safety Audits
Responsible for identification of unsafe equipment or vehicles, and follows company safety recommendations
Insure compliance with OSHA, as well as all Federal, State and Local requirements
Identifies and suggests target low margin properties for replacement
Measures properties for proposal generation
Implements Job Start Ups with Account Representatives crew leaders
Creates and presents Remedial Proposals and identifies sales opportunities
Meet and maintain remedial sales goals within existing client base
Locate targeted jobs on a map that is constantly displayed
Verify billing schedules ensuring all work performed has been invoiced
Provide proper paperwork flow from field to office
Assist with time tracking and Production Reports
Coordinate client information between office and field
Communicate uniform, field, and office supply needs
Maintain a clean and functional training area
Verify crew tool and equipment inventories on a monthly basis
Distribute tools and equipment for most efficient use
Maintain appearance of all equipment
Implement, manage and track preventative maintenance program process
Maintain Inventory and order parts and supplies for equipment
Assist or perform minor repairs or take equipment to repair shop
Report equipment abuse
Provide necessary disciplinary action for violation of equipment policies
Keep shop cleaned and organized
Secure loaner or spare equipment
Monitor and check proper fuel mixtures for gas cans
Review Operations Manuals and Safety Manuals and enforce all compliance issues
Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications to perform all aspects of landscape Maintenance and Pest Management
Perform any other tasks necessary or requested by the Managing Partners to insure a smooth and profitable operation

Utilization of appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
