Responsibilities
Build and maintain property-level and fund-level financial models, including cash flow projections and return analysis
Perform scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives
Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
Support portfolio oversight through asset management models and analytical reporting
Prepare investor, joint venture, and lender reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
Strong Excel skills with experience building and maintaining financial models
Preferred
Experience with Argus strongly preferred
Exposure to BI or reporting tools a plus
