Oversee financial planning, business analysis, and commercial decision-making across the region
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Identify business growth opportunities
Support strategic decision-making by providing robust financial insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies and drive profitability
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Commercial Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience in Financial Planning and Business Planning, with a strategic and operational focus
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making
Solid understanding of Finance principles and financial reporting
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or related qualifications are an advantage)
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience in the consumer goods or social innovation industry is a plus
