The role focuses on managing commercial end user projects while balancing technical expertise, customer relationships, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage electrical service projects from kickoff through completion
Develop estimates, bids, schedules, and project documentation
Coordinate field labor, permits, inspections, and material procurement
Track project budgets, timelines, and overall performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and address concerns promptly
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, NEC, and applicable codes
Qualification
Required
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship with 6+ years of field experience, or 3+ years of project management experience in the electrical industry
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Working knowledge of NEC, IBC, NFPA, and OSHA standards
Proficiency with MS Office and electrical estimating software
Valid driver's license
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of electrical project management experience
Experience with Accubid estimating software
