Senior Marketing Manager
Walker Blue, LLC is a national energy engineering and tax incentive firm focused on certifications and tax credits. They are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute strategic B2B marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and market visibility, with a strong focus on digital marketing and industry event participation.

Responsibilities
Design and execute B2B go-to-market strategies to support multi-stakeholder sales goals
Develop campaign architectures aligned to service lines, target accounts, buyer roles, and pipeline stages
Implement campaign tracking and performance dashboards to measure impact and ROI
Create multi-touch digital campaigns using HubSpot tools, including email, landing pages, forms, and CTAs
Manage and optimize LinkedIn and YouTube as B2B demand-generation and thought-leadership channels
Optimize the use of video content to increase visibility and engagement on LinkedIn
Track and manage all industry event participation, including event calendars, registrations, sponsorships, and supporting marketing materials
Manage industry association engagement, fully leveraging membership and sponsorship benefits
Manage freelancers and contractors supporting marketing execution
Source, onboard, and manage a remote outsourced SDR team, including defining roles, setting expectations, overseeing daily execution, and ensuring alignment with sales and pipeline goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
6-8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated ownership of digital campaigns, industry events, and demand generation initiatives
Experience using Google Analytics
Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns with a strong understanding of advertising tools, audience targeting, and performance analytics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize
Experience in change management, hiring, and leading a team
Preferred
HubSpot certification preferred but not required
