Reconcile patient visits and claim completion
Request medical records
Update 5 Star patient gap list
Immediately inform supervisor of gap list discrepancies
Re-direct patients in network
Assist & ensure completion of client requests

Qualification
Required
Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and comfortable with Excel formulas and tools
Experience in a health care environment a plus
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and effectively manage job duties
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written communication with a variety of professionals
Ability to analyze data
Be proactive
Strong listening and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Attention to detail
