Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D models for mechanical systems using BIM software
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure alignment of designs
Review and validate mechanical designs for compliance with project standards and specifications
Facilitate BIM collaboration meetings to resolve design conflicts and promote teamwork
Assist in the creation of construction documentation and detailed drawings based on BIM models
Provide training and support to team members on BIM processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in Mechanical BIM coordination and modeling
Strong knowledge of BIM software, such as Revit and Navisworks
Excellent understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes
Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
