Responsibilities
Translate company strategy into operational plans, goals, and measurable KPIs/OKRs for the Delivery Team
Lead cross-functional strategic projects that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes
Identify process and workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to accelerate delivery, reduce risk, and improve quality of service
Establish and institutionalize operational best practices and governance frameworks across teams
Partner with Client Success, Support, Product, Sales, Engineering, Risk Assessment, Finance, and other functions to drive alignment on priorities, resource planning, and delivery outcomes
Lead cross-functional operational cadences and support executive reporting
Define key metrics and dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and areas needing corrective action
Provide insights and operational recommendations to COO
Drive organizational change initiatives to support company scaling, including tooling, resourcing models, and new operating practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or related field or equivalent experience
MBA or advanced degree
10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business operations, or related functions, ideally with SaaS or technology company experience
Demonstrated success leading strategic projects and operational transformations
Experience with business planning frameworks (OKRs, strategic roadmaps, etc.)
Knowledge of SaaS delivery, metrics, and lifecycle operations
