Identify and engage with enterprise prospects, specifically targeting organizations with substantial annual revenue potential

Navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise clients, effectively managing multiple stakeholders and business units
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in HCM technology and SaaS sales, with a proven track record in enterprise sales
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade C-suite executives
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to independently drive sales initiatives
Experience in managing long sales cycles and closing high-value contracts
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States
