Responsibilities
Provide high-level customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location
Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and managing visitor access to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalating issues as necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site policies
Assist with emergency response activities, including communication and coordination with Allied Universal management and local authorities when appropriate
Support the enforcement of site-specific policies and guidelines to help to deter potential risks and maintain order within the premises
Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees, addressing inquiries and/or directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
