Responsibilities
Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget
Project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners
Ability to engage competently with client at all levels of the organisation
P&L responsibility for the project
Contribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales and team development initiatives within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience
3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience
Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry
Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels
Good business knowledge in post trade automation space
Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills
Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI
Preferred
Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization
10+ years of experience in program/project management experience in financial services/ solutions vendor organizations OR equivalent experience
Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent)
Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities. Strong inter-personal skills with practical, can-do approach
Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage own time accordingly
