Responsibilities
Set up and support laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets
Troubleshot Windows 10/11, basic MacOS, printers, and peripherals
Assist users with email, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications
Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD)
Reset passwords, manage MFA, and enforce security policies
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
Assist with cybersecurity initiatives (MFA, phishing response, audits)
Monitor and respond to basic security alerts
Help maintain documentation of systems and procedures
Assist in supporting internal platforms such as Quickbase and SharePoint
Help maintain data accuracy and user access controls
Support reporting and operational systems used by leadership
Maintain hardware and software inventory
Assist with IT projects such as system rollouts and upgrades
Document solutions and improve internal processes
Qualification
Required
Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID administration
Experience supporting MFA and security tools
Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation practices
Experience with databases, low-code platforms, or business systems (Quickbase a plus)
Interest in cybersecurity, automation, or systems administration
Curious and self-driven learner
Organized and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure — fixes problems instead of panicking
Takes ownership of issues until resolved
Comfortable working directly with leadership and end users
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
