Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of cloud-based applications and analytics/models to support Asset Management and Front Office Investments teams
Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and analysts to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance client support
Drive full lifecycle software development, including discovery, implementation, and continuous improvement
Apply engineering expertise to automate and optimize business processes using analytics and machine learning/GenAI concepts
Ensure solutions align with commercial goals and modern software practices such as agile, CI/CD, code review, and testing
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a hands-on software engineer with a strong track record of solving complex technical and business challenges
Proficiency in platforms and tools such as Aladdin, Aladdin APIs, Index Data (Solactive, S&P), Axioma, Perform, and Vestmark
Deep understanding of modern engineering techniques including agile development, continuous integration, and unit testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
Recognized domain expertise and ability to bring fresh perspectives to engineering-driven, value-focused solutions
