Responsibilities
Guide the engineering and QA team through the process of developing new features for a legacy studio operations application
Participate in daily scrum activities, and adhere to org-wide agile methodology
Work with designer to translate high-level business requirements into tangible mockups and click-through prototypes
Manage stakeholder communications on progress updates, UAT, and launch plans
Refine requirements for new features with business and integration stakeholders, translate into milestones and JIRA tickets
Facilitate acceptance testing of tickets and deployment of new code to production
Track project status and milestone completion, and raise any blockers to leadership team
Keep bi-weekly, monthly, and project tracking documentation up to date and available for ad-hoc review
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to monitor product performance, inform A/B tests, and guide optimization efforts
Support Scrum ceremonies by providing data-driven insights, refining backlog items, and ensuring alignment between product priorities and development efforts
Qualification
Required

Experience working with Agile development and SCRUM methodology
Experience working with JIRA for tracking development
General working knowledge of studio operations, digital media supply chain
Experience with managing stakeholders from cross-functional teams
Comfortable with setting self-directed milestones and deadline accountability
