Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new customer acquisition
Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals
Partner with the marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development
Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of Assort’s platform to potential customers
Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Assort effectively in the market
Contribute to Assort’s growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture and mentoring new team members
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong ability to develop and refine sales processes
Experience working closely with leadership to craft sales strategies
Ability to partner with marketing and product teams for alignment
Experience delivering persuasive product demos
Proficient in managing and tracking sales activities in a CRM
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
Experience in contributing to a high-performing sales culture
