Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Go Behavioral LLC is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential while supporting families throughout their journey. They are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide quality ABA supervision, clinical oversight, parent collaboration, and staff mentorship to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients and families.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans and ABA programming
Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing reassessments
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and guide treatment updates
Supervise and mentor RBTs, Student Analysts, and BCaBAs in alignment with BACB standards and Go Behavioral values
Provide caregiver coaching and participate in meetings (IEPs, ISPs, support plans) as needed
Ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time
BCBA session note signatures within 24 hours
Complete reports, updates, and graphs using Go Behavioral templates and protocol checklists
Support staff development and participation in training programs (including Safety Care training support)
Upload plans, updates, graphs, and required documentation to the appropriate systems within required payor timeframes
Communicate consistently with Regional Coordinator regarding client availability, service barriers, and operational needs
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Contribute to a positive culture by demonstrating professionalism, communication, delegation, and team leadership
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong clinical judgment and ability to independently manage caseload responsibilities
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA services
Preferred
2+ years BCBA experience (preferred but not required)
Experience developing and implementing behavior plans
Bilingual (a plus)
Willingness to travel within region

Quarterly bonus : $3,000 to $15,000 annually
Flexible schedule (afternoon availability required)
Paid drive time between clients (hourly only)
