Revolution Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a next-generation military aircraft design program. This role focuses on system design, integration, and requirements across advanced aerospace platforms from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Support system architecture, design, and integration for new aircraft programs
Lead requirements definition, decomposition, and traceability
Contribute to systems engineering across the full lifecycle (design, analysis, test, V&V)
Identify and help manage technical risks and trade studies
Collaborate with aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, structures, materials, and manufacturing
Support development of advanced aircraft systems and integrated platforms
Help establish and track Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)

Required

Strong systems engineering fundamentals
Experience working in multi-disciplinary design teams
Solid understanding of requirements management
Solid understanding of systems design & integration
Solid understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V)
Solid understanding of technical risk identification
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field
10+ years of relevant systems engineering experience

Preferred

Aerospace / Defense background
Experience with systems modeling & requirements tools (DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB)
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
Familiarity with INCOSE standards
Experience supporting baseline definition and maturation
Ability to assist with trade studies
Experience defining and tracking TPMs
