Responsibilities
Create new methods that are consumer relevant and focused on the most critical product parameters for both manual floss and floss picks
Test new technologies and score card performance to inform both product development and method refinement
Refine methods in partnership with PR, Sensory, Analytical, and Process & Formulation
Qualification
Required
Researcher Level 2 or Level 3, Part time 20-25 hours week
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results on time
Collaborate effectively with team
Growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and develop skills needed
Preferred
Experience in method development
Ability to analyze consumer behaviors and identify drivers that should be included in methods
Ability to design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative tests to gather the needed insights to inform product development
Ability to analyze and interpret data using statistics
Experience creating engaging demos that effectively communicate product benefits and features to stakeholders, consumers, etc
