Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mindful Care is committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health services, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring compliance with operational needs and best practices, particularly within healthcare and behavioral health environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruiting strategies for each open position
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Prepare and post job advertisements across appropriate job boards, professional networks, colleges, and referral channels
Source and engage candidates using applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media platforms, and other creative sourcing methods
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews using reliable and compliant selection tools
Assess candidates' qualifications, including relevant skills, experience, competencies, and cultural alignment
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain clear, timely communication
Partner with hiring managers to support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
Monitor recruiting metrics and apply industry best practices to continuously improve efficiency and outcomes
Support the Talent Acquisition Leader in establishing and maintaining standardized recruiting processes, including: Requisition creation, Interview workflows, Candidate evaluation and selection, Offer letter coordination
Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws, internal policies, and healthcare compliance standards
Actively promote Mindful Care as an employer of choice and reinforce the organization's values throughout the recruiting process
Participate in and support employer branding efforts, including collaboration on social media initiatives (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience supporting in house recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Preferred

Prior experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical environments
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms
