The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating and updating design files, collaborating with teams to systematize design elements, and executing UI/UX designs from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Responsibilities

Create and update existing Figma files to reflect our latest product features
Work with designers and engineers to systematize design elements
Execute all UI/UX designs from concept to final hand-off to engineering, taking new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production using a mobile-first approach
Iterate on designs based on stakeholders' feedback

Required

Minimum of 8 years of UI/UX design experience
Demonstrated experience in visual design, human-computer interaction, and understanding of how design translates to code
Experience with Design Systems
Experience with responsive design, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality mocks
Fluent in Figma, creating components, symbols, and prototypes to communicate user interactions
Experience working with product owners, engineers, QA, and design teams in agile product development cycles
Interested in technology and new design trends

Experience working in consumer fintech
