Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management, End users, Business stakeholders and Engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of the expected user experience
Create scalable design solutions for the product
Leverage deep knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodology to create optimal user experiences
Conceptualize innovative solutions, create user experience specifications, workflows, mockups etc to meet or exceed the needs of end users and stakeholders
Use skills and insights in a collaborative, agile environment to deliver great experiences across products/platforms
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Lead UX research phase and define UX research techniques
Recruit user research participants and conduct stakeholder interviews, user interviews
Deliver user research findings or reports and conduct competitive analysis, market assessment, heuristic evaluation and deliver results or reports
Develop personas, empathy maps and user journey maps
Perform quantitative, qualitative user testing and compile finding reports
Mentor other team members on the research technique
Define UX strategy for the product and create UX roadmap
Plan UX activities and deliverables
Define UX metrics and use that to improve the user experience throughout product lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5 years related experience
Preferred
Knowledge of markup language HTML/CSS
Experience in user research and user testing tools
Basic knowledge of Lean UX and Agile environments
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Experience in Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, Invision, UXPin, InDesign, Sketch
