Responsibilities
Conduct collection calls to resolve outstanding balances
Manage and update collection efforts for a high-volume portfolio of past due accounts
Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities
Research and resolve customer discrepancies, deductions, and short payments
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Collections or a similar role
Resolution-minded with effective negotiation skills
Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
Excellent time management, with a strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and Power Automate
Intermediate to advanced-level mastery of Excel
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
