Business Development Representative - West Coast

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Sales and Business Development Representative for a full-time direct hire position. The representative will be responsible for generating leads for the Sales Executive team by contacting potential customers, developing relationships, and booking qualified sales meetings.

Responsibilities

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to introduce the company's offerings
Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to achieve sales goals
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives
Maintain accurate notes and reporting in HubSpot around communications, proposed dollar amounts, and deal stage movement
Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, conducting demonstrations of the solution to prospects
Attend internal and external meetings as needed and provide market feedback for improvement
Support the Account Management team in driving current client revenue and schedule meetings for client engagement
Report to Sales Leadership on a weekly basis to discuss results

Required

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas or targeted metrics
Experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot
Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
Results-driven individual with an understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
Capability to multitask and meet responsibilities accurately and timely
Team-oriented individual who thrives in a small, collaborative, and energetic environment
BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
