Responsibilities

Partner with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to understand business objectives and campaign needs

Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs

Support the design and optimization of journeys, automations, and segmentation strategies

Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with Marketing Cloud best practices

Assist with configuration validation, UAT, and release readiness

Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends and insights

Define reporting requirements and KPIs for marketing initiatives

Ensure data requirements are clearly defined and aligned with source systems
