Responsibilities
Help grow our presence across: Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, Soleluxe Website
Content creation (photo, video, short-form storytelling)
Social media scheduling
Trend research + pitching new ideas
Brand consistency & voice
Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
Social platform insights (IG/TikTok/Pinterest analytics)
Website traffic analysis (SEO basics, Google Analytics)
Monthly and weekly performance reports
Dashboards + KPI tracking
Strategy recommendations based on data
Qualification
Required
Availability: 6-10 hours/week
Weekly virtual meetings (required)
Once-a-month in-person team meet-up
Reliable communication
Creativity + willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Some level of content creation-personal or brand-based
Coursework or practical experience with analytics, reporting, Excel/Sheets, SEO, social metrics interpretation, or any data-focused projects
