The IT Operations Support Specialist will assist in producing these vehicles by supporting IT infrastructure and applications, while also contributing to process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
Support a multi-shift operation in a manufacturing plant with flexible hours, including days, nights, or weekends
Provide technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user productivity tools to plant business customers
Interface with Business IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts
Support Plant Floor Systems and resolve incidents, handle escalations, and provide hands-on support to global teams as necessary
Focus on the integration and long-term maintenance of applications
Assist team lead with managing assignments and workload
Develop, maintain, and share accurate support documentation
