Responsibilities

Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest levels

Assists in carrying out recommended updates to network and network security equipment

Creates and maintains technical and end-user documentation for specific IT service or set of services

Monitors specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process

Support outages and aid in root cause analysis of Network and related outages or incident trends

Available for Installation/Maintenance activities as well as major outage handling outside of business hours

Keeps Track of IT hardware orders, receive, inventory, tag, store and ship based on project requirements, in a timely manner

Assist the team or follow instructions to unpack, mount/Install, power up and have network hardware ready for remote configuration

Maintain clean and organized IT storage rooms, IDF/MDF rooms, Take decommissioned hardware for safe destruction/disposal at the Applied designated location and document evidence of destruction for audit purposes

Assist with Annual physical inventory and audit review
