Responsibilities

Defining and Executing the strategy for identifying and inviting high-value B2B leaders into targeted roundtable events
Leading and Moderating high-level group discussions with VPs of Sales, Marketing, and Operations on topics like AI for lead generation, sales automation, and customer success
Building and Nurturing a proprietary, niche community of B2B leaders, ensuring sustained engagement and value delivery
Designing and Implementing the post-event engagement workflows and strategic follow-up touchpoints
Mentoring and Collaborating on authentic outreach strategies that spark genuine conversation and move beyond mass-market spam
Shaping long-term engagement workflows and strategic partnerships
Conducting high-profile pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions with standout voices in the B2B space, positioning AI4Teams as a market leader

High-autonomy operator requiring minimal oversight
Intellectually driven with a deep curiosity about the B2B technology landscape and AI
Ability to define and execute strategies for high-value B2B leader engagement
