They are seeking a Content Manager to take ownership of planning, filming, editing, and publishing video content across various platforms to enhance their digital presence.

Responsibilities
Content Planning: Research topics, craft hooks and outlines, manage the content calendar
Production: Film and direct video shoots, capture B-roll, coordinate with talent
Post-Production: Edit long-form videos (8-15 min) and shorts (15-60s) with strong pacing and storytelling
Publishing: Create titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and end screens; post natively on all platforms
Performance: Monitor analytics, iterate based on data, and drive continuous improvement
Team Management: Manage contractors as needed (thumbnail designers, captioners)
Asset Management: Build and maintain searchable footage libraries, templates, and brand resources
Qualification
Required
Portfolio with long-form and short-form videos you fully owned
Strong editing skills with excellent pacing, captions, and storytelling instincts
YouTube expertise (titles, thumbnails, retention tactics, analytics)
Proficiency with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Experience with collaboration tools (Frame.io, Dropbox, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
On-site availability in Conroe, TX with flexibility for travel
Preferred
After Effects or motion graphics experience
Audio production and mixing skills
Drone and gimbal operation
Experience with Descript, CapCut, or similar tools
Interest in aviation and entrepreneurship
