Responsibilities
Provide architectural vision to appropriately align IT to strategic business needs and goals
Apply knowledge of the business operations, strategies, priorities and information requirements to establish the technical direction and an enterprise view
Define enterprise level strategies and technical direction
Define the system, technical, and application architectures
Ensure best practices are adhered to
Research, evaluate, and select from existing and emerging technologies that best fit business and IT strategic needs
Manage multi-project management accountabilities in developing solutions in a collaborative environment
Oversee the design and delivery for new or improved enterprise-wide technologies that are used across multiple areas of the business
Architect solutions across multiple hardware/software computing environments and system components
Plan and implement process re-engineering or process improvement
Qualification
Required
Provide architectural vision to appropriately align IT to strategic business needs and goals
Apply knowledge of the business operations, strategies, priorities and information requirements to establish the technical direction and an enterprise view
Define enterprise level strategies and technical direction
Define the system, technical, and application architectures
Ensure best practices are adhered to

Preferred
Advanced degree in Health or Medical Services Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related functional discipline
Proven experience in healthcare or public sector environments, particularly in administration, personnel and labor relations, or financial operations
Strong background in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems
Hands-on development experience with object-oriented programming languages
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with demonstrated experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development teams
