Responsibilities
Draft and revise pleadings, financial affidavits/disclosures, discovery, and other court filings
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and keep the attorney updated on case status
Qualification
Required
Experience as a paralegal in a Florida family law firm
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently in a fully remote setting
Experience in billing time and tracking tasks in a law firm environment
