Perform process walkthroughs and documentation
Monitor risk and control gap identification
Perform control design/testing discussions
Collaborate with IT and second/third line risk stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of IT Risk and Control Testing
Experience with process documentation and walkthroughs
Ability to assess and identify risks, suggest mitigation strategies
Knowledge of control design and effectiveness testing
SOX compliance familiarity
Critical thinking and ability to work independently
Comfortable being embedded in a 1st line of defense IT environment
Excellent communication and ability to 'read between the lines'
Familiarity with GRC tools
Experience with Tripwire, Varonis, or similar monitoring tools
Prior experience in a highly regulated banking or financial environment
