Mechanical Engineer - Early Career

Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain individuals to foster open communication between customers and the team
Technical evaluation for the missile structures, where you will partner to work root cause analysis, engage in vendor support/relationship building, and production delivery support
Use strong collaboration skills that can accommodate our various partners across differing geographic locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Materials Engineering or other related discipline from an accredited college/university
Model Based Engineering knowledge (using CAD model as record of authority)
Working knowledge of Matlab, Creo, and/or EPDM
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance
Preferred
Missile/aerospace related education/exposure
Familiarity with composite design and/or manufacture experience
Fundamental understanding of propulsion assemblies and materials
Knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes (machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, assembly, etc)
