Take and defend depositions across the full discovery lifecycle
Draft and argue motions, including CR 12, CR 26/37, and CR 56
Manage discovery strategy and execution independently
Prepare cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial
Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex personal injury matters
Qualification
Required
Approximately 7 years of litigation experience, ideally in plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation
Demonstrated ability to take effective depositions and manage discovery independently
Strong knowledge of Washington Civil Rules and applicable local rules
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
High integrity, strong work ethic, and strategic mindset
