Equipment Depot is seeking a Field Service Technician Lead responsible for supporting and developing other technicians in the field. This role involves repairing and maintaining electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks and construction equipment while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Ensures that his/her team performs with a positive attitude and a great sense of urgency in order to exceed customer expectations
Answer, prioritize, and respond to service inquiries on field work (new, used, rental and customer trucks)
Works with field service technicians needing help with diagnostics, in repairing units with advanced issues and minimizing lost time
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Lift truck experienceEquipment repair proceduresInternet software knowledgeVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

Minimum High school diploma or GED
3-5 years of lift truck experience
Extensive knowledge of equipment repair procedures and techniques
Knowledge of internet software
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Good verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work overtime and occasional emergency service/call out events in the evenings or on weekends
