Oversee activities such as design, material procurement, shop coordination, and compliance with industry codes and standards
Plan and organize workflows
Promote effective information flow between teams
Collaborate with subject matter experts for challenging design and estimating requirements
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Make decisions that directly impact financial performance and customer satisfaction
Ensure seamless execution and deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations
Qualification
Required
Three-plus years of project management with industrial fabrication related projects
Knowledge of codes
Basic understanding of design
Strong understanding of how to put together a disciplined estimate
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
A post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent of field experience
More experience will be fully utilized
