Responsibilities
Responding to requests for general information regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection
Selling and/or upgrading IDT Coverage - providing protection to customers and their families by offering enhanced Identity Theft Protection plans and assisting with upgrades to ensure comprehensive coverage
Answering questions regarding possible data breaches
Taking inbound / making outbound phone calls, responding to emails
Assisting current customers with updating their payment and contact information
Qualification
Required
High service aptitude and the heart of a teacher
Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or sales
Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent analytical abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Ability to work from home on occasion
Use of office equipment including personal computer, multiple screens, printer, fax machine, scanner and telephone
Ability to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, and reach
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Ability to communicate effectively in English, writing and verbally in person, via email, video meetings and telephone
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods of time, up to 7 hours per day
Ability to pay attention, listen actively, analyze problems and evaluate options, focused on task, multi-task, decision making, and engage appropriately
Ability to appropriately handle stress in a fast-paced environment and interact appropriately with others
Ability to sit & stand for extended periods of time up to 7 hours per day
Ability to walk up and down stairs (there are no elevators in the 2-story main office Building)
Physical, consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard 40-hour workweek
Ability to work additional hours as required
Ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment
