Responsibilities

Ability to identify new clients, lead and manage existing client relationships and deliver Workforce Transformation services across multiple client industries in the following areas: Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Lead cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
Lead the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation effort
Lead the development and evolution of business, methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

Required

A minimum eight years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
Experience leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the human capital space
Prior work managing a portfolio of clients and client activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred

preferred ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm
Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
