Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Add daily numbers and new cardholders to summaries
Answer emails regarding aged and aging expenses
Respond to questions about procurement and travel cards
Reconcile accounts accurately
Add files to bank summaries
Create reports for receipts, expense types, and itemizations
Process refunds efficiently
Monitor activations and provide activation tips
Assist with leave of absences
Communicate via email and MS Teams with employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive
Qualification
Required
Proficient in written and verbal communication
Strong initiative and prioritization skills
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
Experience in customer service roles
Capable of using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup
Good business etiquette and the ability to construct clear, informative emails
Preferred
Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
Experience with SAP Concur is desirable
Previous experience in credit card administration
Experience in expense book reconciliation
