Inside Sales Rep

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound calls and emails
Qualify leads and route opportunities to the appropriate Territory or Regional Manager for further development and closure
Use modern sales technology to deliver effective virtual presentations to prospects
Support contractor market activity in partnership with Territory Managers, National Account Managers, Specialists, and Regional Sales Managers
Serve as a point of contact for the Doors wholesale/retail business units, assisting Sales Support and enabling the sales team to maximize selling time
Leverage HubSpot to manage call and email campaigns and track opportunity progress
Assess customer needs, present the Doors value proposition, and follow up to secure business
Collaborate with Marketing to develop segment‑focused materials and support sales promotions and regional collateral needs
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute plans with minimal direction
Self‑driven with a strong sense of ownership, while actively contributing to team success
Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly and respond with urgency when needed
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships internally and externally
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred

Knowledge of Building Products or Construction
Process improvement skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Problem anticipation and solving
Associates Degree or higher
