Responsibilities
Leads, creates and delivers presentations of complex analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external provider partners
Develops and manages a portfolio of strategic dashboards and key performance indicator reports
Leads, develops, delivers medical and financial cost/utilization data to identify trends, operational opportunities and quality gaps within VBC programs
Develops and maintains financial models to monitor and predict performance
Partners with cross-functional teams (finance, quality, care management, post-acute, network and clinical teams) to support VBC strategy and performance
Oversees the execution of analytics projects from inception to completion
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, Mathematics or Business-related degree with an emphasis on quantitative analysis
Five (5) years of Financial, Informatics, Quantitative and Statistical analysis experience
Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database, data entry)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in healthcare data, including claims, clinical, and financial data
Knowledge of value-based care models and economic drivers
Communication, collaboration and presentation skills
Preferred
MBA, MHA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Analysis, Medical Informatics, Accounting, Mathematics and business-related field and three (3) years of experience involving financial analysis or statistics
