Responsibilities
Manage and drive continuous improvements of the systems, processes, tools and reporting that enables effective discovery, delivery and maintenance of Q4’s world class product portfolio
Work with R&D and cross-functional leaders to establish visibility into what teams are working on, how they are performing against customer and business impact, timelines, risks and dependencies
Own the product rituals for cross-functional alignment, accountability and feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in CX, Finance, Sales & Marketing to disseminate insights leading to data-informed product development
Conduct analysis and internal communication of key product, financial, customer and operational metrics to provide leadership team with a 360 view of our product health
Improve team performance and operation through establishing and training teams on best practices
Utilize data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools to back project recommendations with quantitative evidence
Qualification
Required
5+ plus years experience working in high-performance software development teams
3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, go-to-market or project management
Advanced communication, influencing, relationship and team building skills
Experience implementing minimum viable processes and influencing team behaviours to improve team productivity
Entrepreneurial mindset to deliver impact in ambiguous environments, navigate through complexity and manage change
Strong skills in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Working knowledge of product management, analytics, CRM and BI tools (e.g., Jira, Pendo Analytics, Salesforce, Metabase)
Proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to assist with improving and streamlining daily workflows
