This role involves managing processes in the Oracle system and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities
Oversee a team of specialists
Ensure new hires are converted to employees timely and efficiently
Validate all CDL hires have a compliant driver qualification file (DQF)
Oversee the I9 process
Review decisional backgrounds making a decision on eligibility for hire
Establish process improvements
Manage the Goals & Performance process in the Oracle system
Create training courses in the Oracle system for various groups and departments
Train fellow HR partners and field operation on various HR related initiatives
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Problem solving skills
U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Previous Oracle experience is a plus
