Responsibilities
Greet everyone as they enter and assist with their needs
Manage all outgoing and incoming mail, including FedEx/UPS packages
Route incoming calls (25-35 per day) to the appropriate employees
Schedule and block the calendar for Meeting Rooms
Order office supplies on a weekly basis
Perform mail routing processes, including scanning paper mail, downloading documents, and applying specified file naming conventions
Cover calls and mail routing for multiple locations as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
1 year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience
Preferred
Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
Experience with computers, scanners, PDFs, office phones, and creating messages
Open to face-to-face customer service if holding a degree
Desire to grow beyond a receptionist role
